Hot stone therapy is a massage using hot basalt stones to heal and balance the mind and body. The heat penetrates deep into the muscles releasing all tension from within the body. This treatment gives maximum benefits due to the intensity of the heat within the stones combined with the massage, which is ten times greater with the use of the stones.
